Alberta BDG Summit


At NAPA Autopro we are part of a group called the Business Development Group (BDG). We find ways to standardize and promote our brand image to our customers and the public at large. Our first ever convention was held this past weekend in Red Deer Alberta. There was an outstanding turn out for this premier event. I am sure that most shops went back to their respective businesses pumped up and ready to make our customers have a professional, pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Shocks & Struts


The Shocks and Struts Promotion is now on. Did you know that you should have your shocks changed every 80,000 kms? The old bounce test doesn't work for new shocks. Shocks today are better built and you need to replace them because the fluids inside the shocks break down causing wear.

Change your oil




This is a oil pan and pickup tube off a 2007 FJ cruiser, odometer is at48,000km. It has been 41,000 kms since the first oil change.

When the oil pan was removed it was found full of sludge and the pickup tube was totally plugged off.

Engine is destroyed, About a $11,000 mistake.

No warranty!!!

Customer is making a $450.00 monthly payment and now this happens!!

A lot of customers tears and yelling for a verystupid mistake. Moral of this story, Change your oil!!
