We have the Greatest Clients!

This afternoon, Mickey was feeling a little blue as it was her last day at the job she held for 20 years.

A gentleman came into our shop with this giant chocolate bar. He said, "Thanks for the newsletter you send each month. I greatly appreciate it!"

The giant chocolate bar is a thank-you from him for the enjoyment he receives from our monthly newsletter. The kicker to this story - HE HAS NEVER HAD WORK DONE HERE !

Thank-you to this new to us client for brightening Mickey's day by both reaffirming her decision and for the gift of her favorite food!

Maintenance Works!

Through the window - the old yellow truck

Owning a car means that you need to take the time to familiarize yourself with how it works and what it needs to keep running in tip top shape. Once of the best places to start is with your glove box. Inside there you should find your owners manual or operating manual. Although these books may seem boring or uninteresting they will help keep your vehicle running dependably and safe for a long time.

“What are the highest KMs you have ever had on a vehicle, Dad?” asked Spencer.
“We had an old yellow Ford truck that was second hand and because we maintained it we were able to drive it past the 500,000 km mark”, said Verl.
“What happened to it after that? Did you send it to the auto wreckers? asked Spencer.
“No, I sold it and it is still being driven around town today!” said Verl, secretly wishing he had kept the ugly thing.

This is a true story and the old yellow truck is still motoring along 3 years after Verl sold it. See – regular maintenance does work!

Kelly reading the list of attendees.

WOW !

What a big success the evening was!

Thank-you to all those who participated and also, to our extra helpers for this event - we couldn't have pulled it off with out you! The biggest thanks of all goes to Kelly Williams for making the workings of a car a little less mysterious to all who attended.

To Las Vegas that is! Verl and Michelle will be attending the Event hosted by CinRon Marketing. We should come back with great ideas for our clients, plus a much needed get-a-way!
