This quote was posted by a friend on Facebook today. To us, it says it all. To achieve big you must start with the little details. Did we perform your service to your expectations? Was your bill ready when you arrived? Did we greet you with a smile? Did we leave a small gift in your car? Did we wash your car?
These small details are all very important in making sure that your experience here was everything you hoped for.
If we fall short in any area we hope you will point out our errors, after all, excellance is not achieved over night but through practice, practice, practice!
